The Tory Burch fall 2014 collection was inspired by armor. Burch’s father and grandfather had both been collectors of armor and Burch worked to find the perfect balance between fierceness and delicacy in her designs. Many of the pieces offered a Medieval feel with tapestry inspired prints in deep crimson hues. We loved the structured jackets, rounded shoulders, and pleated leather. The detailed belts and gemstone embellishments were the perfect royal touches.
