Pop at the Top Brunch at Lounge 31 begins this Sunday!  Come explore Highland Park Village‘s newest brunch featuring half priced flowing bubbly and your favorite 80s music.  Additionally, the lounge will be launching a new susci sushi crudo bar where chef Steve Liang will delight guests with his culinary artistry.  The new menu focuses on Japanese cuisine and an assortment of fresh sushi rolls, Italian crudo, oysters, and more.  Guests will enjoy traditional brunch favorites in addition to the option of a new raw bar menu.
