Hermès fall 2014

We’re following up with an additional recap of Paris Fashion Week with favorites from presentations by Hermès, Alexander McQueen, and Stella McCartney.  As for the fall collection from Hermès, it was the perfect mix of shapes and volumes in a harmonious balance.”Wild Beauty” was Sarah Burton’s inspiration for fall 2014 and she returned with Elizabethan silhouettes for Alexander McQueen.  The collection was marked by a nature and untamed beauty.  As for Stella McCartney, her new collection encompassed beautifully draped fringe paired with chunky masculine shoes.  Autumn’s oversize sweaters and coats with rounded shoulders from the label are both elegant and wearable.
