Watches For Him

from top right: Hermès Arceau, Ralph Lauren 45MM Ceramic Automotive, Zegna Monterubello Solo Tempo Rose Gold, Harry Winston Midnight Monochrome Automatic

Last week, The Wall Street Journal highlighted the growing popularity of simple styles of timepieces stating that “watches are shedding their (occasionally ludicrious) complications as more men strap on clean timepieces that conjure classic styles.”  Following this sleek, elegant, and clean aesthetic, we’ve selected some of our favorite timepieces from Highland Park Village.  Though the face of the Ralph Lauren 45 MM Ceramic Automotive is not comprised of a single dial, we can’t get over the gorgeous pairing of its black and wood face.  Which one would you choose?

Work Essentials: For Him

Hadleigh’s Soft Edward Unlined Jacket, Rag & Bone 3/4 Placket Shirt, Zegna Patterned Tie, Alexander McQueen Wool Mohair Tuxedo Pants,  Saint Laurent Classic Toile Monogram Flat Briefcase in Black Printed Canvas and Leather,  Hermès Irving Loafer,  Tom Ford Gold T Belt Buckle, Q Clothier London Lager Pocket Square

We’re looking at the best of the current season and towards fall for menswear inspiration in the workplace.  We love layering a variety of textures with a mix match of prints. Freshen up any attire with the right accessories: plaid pocket squares, patterned silk ties, or the perfect monogram leather briefcase.   And, the right jacket from Hadleigh’s can add polish to any look.
